Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation

Mater Foundation Brisbane and Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation formed a partnership in 2009 to give New South Wales supporters the chance to win six, million dollar homes each year through the Mater Prize Home lottery. This partnership enables us to provide invaluable funds to ensure the thousands of patients treated at Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick and Mater hospitals in Brisbane receive the best possible care.

Brisbane Lions

For over ten years the Brisbane Lions and Mater Foundation have had a strong partnership—with several Mater hospitals located less than 1km from the Brisbane Lion’s home turf at ‘The Gabba.’

Through this partnership, Brisbane Lions supporters have helped raise vital funds to help save Australian lives through medical research, while also supporting some incredible, world-leading research projects happen right now at Mater.

Special Olympics Australia

Through the Mater Prize Home lottery, Mater Foundation Brisbane and Special Olympics Australia have a partnership which enables us to help men, women and children reach their sporting dreams through Special Olympics Australia, as well as funding potentially life-saving research projects into mothers and babies at Mater in Brisbane.

Right now, the team at Special Olympics Australia is working with hundreds of talented Victorian athletes who do their best to compete for their region and country. Special Olympics Australia believes in the power of sport to change lives. They offer regular sports training and competition to people with an intellectual disability; giving them confidence and skills to reach their personal best—both on and off the field.

This partnership has raised much needed funds for Special Olympics Australia, while continuing to offer our supporters the chance to win exceptional quality homes in beautiful locations all across Australia.
