Prepare the Spiced Prawn Mayonnaise Mixture:
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the Japanese mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, turmeric, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add Prawns:
Add the cooked prawns to the spiced mayonnaise mixture. Toss gently until the prawns are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate if not using immediately, allowing the flavours to meld.
Pizza oven Cheat's Naan
Preheat the Pizza Oven: Preheat your pizza oven to a medium setting, aiming for a temperature of around 180°C to 200°C (356°F to 392°F). The temperature can vary based on the pizza oven, so adjust accordingly.
Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt together in a large bowl until combined. Transfer to a lightly floured work surface and knead until smooth, adding more flour as necessary to keep dough from sticking, 2 to 3 minutes.
Pat dough into a rough 6 x 4-centimeter rectangle. Divide into 8 equal pieces. Lightly dust each piece with flour and flatten into a semi-rectangular shape, about ½ centimeter thick
Lightly grease a large baking tray and place it in the Pizza Oven. Add 3 or 4 of the flattened dough pieces to the tray
Cook until they begin to bubble and brown, about 1 minute. Flip over and cook an additional minute. Remove from heat and repeat with remaining dough until all pieces are cooked.
Cool and Serve: Once baked, brush the Naan with melted butter for a soft crust.
Assembly:
Spoon a generous amount of the spiced prawn mayonnaise mixture into a serving bowl.
Arrange the Naan, lettuce and cucumber (if using) on the side for guests to assemble to their liking.
